Odd that the other people's videos have better contrast and don't look as fucked up. Maybe the game is balanced for household lighting and their professional setup actually screws it up?

@TheCheese33: The Kinect my friend has in his pretty spacious apartment has never worked for him. He keeps it for voice commands and the novelty but the thing never works as intended.

Yeah. I mean, as you can see, it is extremely bright. Maybe tone down the stage lights a bit. Kinect's probably tuned for consumer use, not necessarily "professional studio" use.
