This is my comment ... but with Zombies. 

The first Resident Evil had kind of a novelty to it. The second one had some good action in it. This one was just bad.

As far as zombie movies go the Resident Evil series is decent at best.

I enjoyed the third movie. This episode of tang though was amazing with the end I couldn't stop laughing. 

Best Green Screen ever

Interesting and enjoyable review as always. The editing in the "arrow-head-shot" and "Ryan-holding-teddy-bear" sequences is very cool.
As far as videogame adaptations  go I think the RE movies are actually solid  attempts (although 2 was pretty bad...). But  I personally don't care that much about the details of the RE universe to be honest, so that probably makes it easier to enjoy these movies ;)

Haha, excellent TANG once again. Still I have yet to find a video game movie I have watched that I liked all that much or one I haven't watched which I feel genuinely enthusiastic about watching.

Here's hoping that next week's "I Love Monday's" plays the "arrow-in-the-head" clip over and over in the background.

The whole "living-people-are-often-worse-than-undead"-thought is such a total rip-off from romero's cult zombie classic "day of the dead" & "dawn of the dead" (pls don't even think of the embarassing remake.)
They stole romero's child and get rich with producing one after another shitty movie covering mish-mash of several memorable,  groundbreaking movies of the last century. Poor, but not unexpected. The really creative independent artists are unknown until the blind mainstream "suddenly" discovers and absorbs them.

They'd better leave zombies to romero. I've seen additional japanese movie material of  "RE1 Movie Cutscenes" by romero on youtube once, that was "resident evil" (i.e. intro movie // "S.T.A.R.S." entering the mansion followed by "infected" dogs).

Fanboy, Flamer, Nerd, Emo... Call me whatever you like and waste valuable seconds of your presence.
