Thanks for the quick post. Just one question, does it seem that the new video player makes the 720p less 720p? Because, I remember them being way better quality, the 720p right now looks more like 480. Just my input.

Vinny, as per usual, saving the TNT, not that Starhawk wasn't entertaining, the sound effects in that game are pretty slick, even if it was mostly sound effects of Jeff spinning out of control into the ground.

720p is dead in the water on this one.

We had the same problem with the archive of Arma II - Day Z.

I just had to switch to Chrome and play the HTML5 version of this video, because 720 didn't work, and 540 looked horrible.

Maybe it's more of a lesson that I should only use XBMC like I usually do?

Build outposts! Use the re-spawning resource crates! Spawn turrets and walls to aid and protect you mid fight!

GO TO THE OTHER TEAMS BASE WITH YOUR DUDES AND KILL THIER DUDES.

The new player is pretty good but one thing I really miss from the old one is how the time would come up when you moused over the progress bar. Sometimes I have to come back to a video later and I note what time I was at. It's much easier to get back to it when the time is represented above the cursor when mousing over the progress bar.

You're twisting what he meant by that. He means it's a game that's extremely "low impact", where you can zone out and just... dig. The game is extremely passive in peaceful mode. It demands nothing of you, and you get out of it what you want to put into it.

Last night I just dug downward for like 45 minutes. It was extremely mindless. That doesn't mean it's a bad thing.

To your point: Anything can be passive and low impact if you choose to play it like that; but you won't get much out of Minecraft by just digging in a straight line, and you'll be bored with it extremely quickly. It's a game about being creative and building whatever you want, making order out of chaos, it's the opposite of mindless.

With the HTML5 player, I just want to see how long a video is. :(

EDIT: The skipping doesn't work on the "Streaming" option but on the HTML5 it does.
