I want the infamous skiing sounds from Skiing on Intellivision.

Seems like they could have done alot more with the graphics. If only they had added more snow particles...

@subwayd: Particles, sound effects, snow deformation - these are things we're still working on. As we're only a team of 3 it's a lot of work to get all the systems in place. Stay tuned!

I'm looking forward to seeing how this game goes once it's more complete. I'm mighty sick of arcade style downhill snow games. I really want this to be the Skate of snow games.

Looks like a lot of people still don't understand what the concept of this Unfinished feature is.

Supreme Snowboarding at least has the same pre-load jumps and is still a great game(no one had mentioned it in the comments yet.). Also much more preferable than SSX in my opinion.

They just need to get Vinny into a booth to record all the audio for the game and it will be ready to ship!

There it is! I knew the comments section wouldn't let me down.

I've had fun with this game but it definitely has a long way to go before it's a full product. Worth noting that I'm pretty sure this game will be free-to-play, so don't go and buy in unless you really want to mess around with this early stuff, because you aren't getting any kind of special deal on the final product. You just get a few supporter items.

This is one of my favorite Unfinished videos OF ALL TIME. Vinny does great sound effects for a video guy.

I know they'll probably fix this at some point -- But man, does the game being totally silent make it feel weird. Specially with Vinny and Drew commenting over it. For some reason it makes the silence feel even more silent. /:

This video made me realize how much I enjoy Vinny and Drew as a quick look team. Thank goodness for that QL filter site so I can go watch more of them easily.

I think this game graphically looks better than last time I saw it on Unprofessional Friday, but that's about it.

No, this is what actual alpha software looks like. Somehow in recent years gamers have gotten the idea that "alpha" and "beta" are just other words for demo.

Dunno how I feel about the Unfinished feature at this point. Seems like a bad excuse to put out "GB content". It's not that the videos aren't enjoyable, but I feel like they could replace the video content with pretty much anything else and it would be as good/better. Especially when they're not actually showing any new and unique game concepts.

I wonder how this is supposed to more interesting than scraping the bottom of the barrel and doing QLs of all the random junk games coming out every week.

According to about 25% of this comment section apparently no criticism of this game is allowed simply because it is "unfinished." God forbid you make any astute observations of the current state of the product.

Also according to some of those folks if you don't do something yourself you can't critique it. Someone please let all those game journalists who aren't developers know.

It really doesn't change the fact that charging $15 dollars for an unfinished free to play game that is hardly an alpha build, is really kinda gross, especially when full complete games on steam sometimes launch at around the same, and sometimes cheaper prices.

This is exactly why I played the shit out of the Skate games and was the only reason I own 360 (which has spent its recent years in a box somewhere in my garage). It's a bummer that the series was more known for its sometimes-wonky physics than for what it was trying to accomplish. RIP Skate franchise, we hardly knew ya.

But yeah, this game looks like it will be pretty dope when it's done. I'm even considering throwing down the $15 to play it now despite it not having snowboarding yet. Haters gonna hate.
