During the last few games of the Penguins/Rangers series i would yell at the television whenever the announcers mentioned that the Pens goalie had back to back shutouts and was on his way to a third. So I guess i am a crazy person.

The sooner brad takes care of his allergies the better, listening to him yawn and snort his way through every bit of content is not as enjoyable to listen to as you might think.

The VinnyVania series may be my favorite content this site has ever hosted and that's saying a lot. I now feel a strong urge to do some Castlevania runs myself. Can't wait for the true Simon's Quest challenge.

I'm glad Brad made the connection that Dark Souls is essentially a NES game in design and structure. Add to that the fact that all NES games were total bullshit, in a similar fashion to Simon's Quest, the only logical conclusion one can make is that Dark Souls is also complete fucking bullshit. I'm glad to see someone else stumble upon this piece of deductive reasoning that took me playing Demon's Souls for 5 minutes and saying "fuck this." Skeletons jumping out from behind blind corners, how exactly is that fair Rorie? We must be using different dictionaries.

Vinny should play Battle of Olympus next. It's kind of a weird in-between of Zelda 2 and Castlevania 2 (closer to Zelda though) that not enough people know about.

Also, I'm no Souls defender, but it's pretty easy to argue that 5 minutes (even if that's lowball exaggeration) isn't a fair or educated assessment.

I'm kinda bummed that nobody experimented with the diseases in Bomberman, there are few things more fun than grabbing a diarrhea disease and then chasing down your opponents and causing general chaos on the field!

@edgecrusher: It's true, but that doesn't make it terrible. Most of those NES games were bull due to programming errors. Dark/Demon's Souls is purposely designed to be tough, so when you inevitably eat it, it's not (usually) because of the game's bad design.
