And, yes I did get it new recently.  Not only that, but the framerate on the second iteration of Manhattan is like 1/2 of what it used to be--if it's running smoothly. Am I the only one with these issues?  (also, I just beat the second quest for Black Widow if that gives a better indication of where I am in the story).

I did have some crazy frame rate problems, and it froze once. It's gotta be the game, you probably have a really bad copy unfortunately.

yeah my game has frozen about 5 or 6 times now, kinda freaks me out cause you never know if its the system or not (PS3 here) but I guess the game is just a buggy mess?

But, yeah. This game crashed on me several times, and by the end of the game enemies were literally disappearing before I could kill them. Which makes things difficult when the missions are "kill X number of enemies to activate next mission". 
 
Terrible game.
