If you know any less known games, probably Indie titles, I should take a look at, I would be pleased to read some recommendations. All the Indie thingies seem to be reduced from 10e to 2,50 and there are tons I haven't heard of. Thanks.

As it stands, what do you currently own on Steam?

The introversion complete pack if you don't already own it. DEFCON and Uplink were discussed in this past weeks bombcast. It is currently very heavily discounted.

if you missed torchlight when it was 5$ in the sale, you can still get it for 10$

It would be easier to suggest games if you said what kind of games you like.   
Anyway, I recently bought the Penumbra games and they're really good so far, don't really know if they count as less known games, but I haven't heard that many people mention them.

Ooph. I own like 100 games on steam. I like all kinds of games. I dont have the Introversion pack, but I have a keen eye on it, it's definitely on my list. Penumbra pack I bought last year. Torchlight I have, too. I kinda get motion sickness from the frist Penumbra title though :D, I guess it has something to do with the washed out textures. Torchlight was one of the games I bought and really wanted to like but I think it is just plain boring. It has no personality to it, it's just one big loot wankfest ,).

You can pay by paypal. And paypal lets you withdraw funds directly from your bank account, without a credit/debit card. Problem solved. "

If you don't have Zeno Clash, pick it up.

World of Goo is $5. That's the best place to start. Besides that, Machinarium and Altitude are worth their current prices.

Zenoclash and World of Goo I have. I want to have Machinarium but its still 8.5e. I think its original price is kinda steep.

Introversion Pack - 4 great completely unique games well worth getting for a fiver 
Telltale Everything Pack - Great value for money.  A lot of fantastic adventure games 
X-COM (UFO Defence and Terror from the Deep - every strategy game fun should at least try these games. 
Red Faction Guerilla - well worth the pennies they're asking for right now.  
Team Fortress 2 - Don't know what the price is like but everybody should own this game.  It might get discounted next week for the engineer update though. 
Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 - Considering this one, thought others might be interested. 
Men of War - quality WWI RTS without the boring base building stuff 
 
Also check the DLC for your games, Borderlands and Just Cause are cheap right now
