How much money do you guys plan to spend on the Steam sales this Christmas?

I have about 60$ set aside just for games, so I think I'll buy a lot of indie packs. 

I'm planning on sticking to a max of $50.
 
Also, I now have an extra $12.50 to spend since the Oddboxx is apparently rubbish.

Not much for me. Maybe like $20 total. That will probably go a long way though. 
 
(I already bought P.B. Winterbottom for $0.50. It's madness!)

I did not set a budget for myself. That is probably a huge mistake. 

I can go up until $150 but I doubt I'll spend that much. Only if I decide to buy more recent titles or one of those megapacks.

I only have £15.39 in my bank account so that much. 

Steam managed to fleece me successfully the other 50 weeks of the year so I only have a few wishlist things I'd buy.

I don't plan to spend more than $10 per game and I am only looking for a scant few games, so at most, $30 this holiday.   Of course, if by chance Civ V drops to around $35, then I'll pick up that, too.  Otherwise, I'm trying to show some restraint this year..."trying". 

Well, right now I'm getting The Indie Beat Pack and the Deus Ex Collection, which are together only $7 right now. Also going to buy The Witcher: Enhanced Edition Directors Cut. That isn't on sale, I've just wanted to try that game out for a while.

More than I have to spend. Much, much more than I have to spend.

50€ So far I´ve spend 5 on SuperMeatBoy Sahtterd Union and Winterbottom (TOGETHER FOR 5€!!! THIS IS MADNESS) and I will definitly buy the Gothic collection for 12, so this leaves 33 for upcoming deals of the day.

Apparently the 3rd and 4th games are really poor ports. Many people have reported frequent crashes and graphical/framerate issues, amongst other things. Sorry if my post made it seem like the games themselves were rubbish D: "

Exactly $9.99 the cost of Amnesia: The dark descent. Possibly more if bejeweled 3 is on sale.

I already picked up, the peggle pack, vvvvv, along with And Yet It Moves for like 15 bucks.  Steam for Mac's has been a godsend. I'm hoping to snag Bejeweled and who knows what else! (CIv V?)

I have about $150 as a budget... haven't bought anything off steam in about a year though.

Don't know how far this might go. I've alreday bought Super Meat Boy again (have it on XBLA), and I'm planning on buying gift games for family. I guess my only protection is I'm on a Mac and I just have a smaller selection.

I bought Thief during the last Holiday sale and never touched it. I've realized that a crazy cheap game I'm never going to play, is still a game I'm never going to play.

None. my computer has a problem with PC games so now i'll be focusing on PS3.

SUPER MEAT BOY (The music is great, and it is tons of fun) 
Company of Heroes and COH:Opposing Fronts (I already own vanilla COH, so 15 bucks for it and the expansion pack works for me) 
Flight Control HD 
PB Winterbottom 
 Peggle + Peggle Nights

I still plan to buy more Popcap games, STALKER: CoP, Burnout Paradise, and whatever is on sale that interests me. 
 
Also, Mac users, get Civ4 complete for 6.24 if you haven't already.  It runs great and is amazing. I bought it for 10 bucks during the summer sale and I still play it (More than Civ5).

 I could spend $190, but I'm only willing to go as high as $100. Give or take. I'm trying to get my credit card paid off, so I don't want to spend too much. Day one I bought the following:

Probably quite a bit, already up to around $20 and we still got 12 more days....$10 of that is to friends for gifts and I expect I'll be spending another $10-20 on gifts more.....*sigh* Steam you are too smart!

If you don't buy Burnout Paradise: The Ultimate Box for 5 bucks today, you're a dumb person. 

I've already spent too much, I feel. Especially since I went christmas-shopping today and spent most of my money. But how can I say no to amazing games at the 2 -10 € price range?? I feel like I spend more money than that on necessary and boring crap like, I don't know...toilet paper?  

Sorry if this seems like a dumb question  I always get confused of which PC games/which versions have LIVE achievements.  Do RE5/Bioshock 2 or Burnout Ultimate Box have LIVE achievements?

I've bought Battlefield: BC 2. I'm considering buying The Witcher even though I already own it because of the patches. It takes ages to patch the old regular version.

I am going to buy the Witcher and that's it. After that I won't even open steam unless It's to play a game. I don't want to spend any more money this year D:
