    Well, at least it still has the code for 360 right? I am guessing a lot of these have it, but at least it has the function part is intact, not so much on the form.

    It's just funny if it's just a print mistake.

    But if the code given was a PSN code, then you'd really have a problem.

    When I opened up my collector's edition for some reason the movie disc was in the game case while the soundtrack was in the movie case. Strange mix up.

    And my code card says the same thing. Looks like they all must have been that way. Whoops.
