The side door on the plane rolling in opens up, to reveal Balrog (Boxer), of course the token black character in the game. Ironic that's he's in Africa, with all his gun-toting African brethren? I also made another discovery within the Street Fighter IV guide that I thought would be of interest:

Boxer isn't the only one that will appear hanging out of the plane...

Vega only appears if you play as Balrog, and if you play as Balrog and Vega, Bison appears. but it's always Balrog otherwise.
