The main Primary weapon for the Medic of Team Fortress 2. It fires syringes in a arc meaning that in order to hit your target you must aim upwards a bit to compensate for distance. Because the syringes are made mostly of glass, they shatter upon impact, and can not be reflected, unlike other projectiles.
