I don't know anything about the people on the podcast other than one guy is called Rich and that the Audrey girl is cute and a total Zelda fan girl.

@Contro: She's the one who also wrote the Mario 3DS review? That wasn't half bad.

Just went over and read that piece on graphics and yeah that was good.

I have played a bit of Zelda which I got early and been going back and forth from skyrim on the xbox. And I can say that Skyward is at least hell of a lot easier on the eyes than Skyrim.

@Linkster7: Maybe you got that weird texture problem some people are having?

That's a terrible shame, It was Matt's work for IGN Nintendo that made the site appealing to me, after the legendary Julian Rignall left.

That Audrey girl appears to be intelligent also, I was reading her piece on Skyward Sword graphics yesterday and agreed with everything she had to say.

Indeed, I stopped reading the Nintendo side of IGN after Matt left.

Have to say, I'm shocked with the Gamespot review...

Ah, if he gave Lostwinds a bad review, then Zelda should be amazing. I loved Lostwinds!

edit: This game is bloody amazing, I feel like a little kid playing it. genuinely surprised I like it as much as I do.

I wasn't really that excited until I started playing it. Its got a certain magic that TP was missing and WW and OOT had (maybe its just because its new, but I didn't think the wii was capable of surprising me), its been a while since a game made me feel real happy while playing it.

game arrived this morning... played for a couple of hours its pretty great... the combat is awesome
