It's not a hate thread for Brad Shoemaker, but just a hint to improve himself and do some more research before doing quick looks, especially about a MMO game. You can't deny that these guys on the official Secret World forums aren't right. More competence please Giantbomb.

The quotes about human stupidity early on are a sign of things ahead. Of course, the irony that a) Brad wasn't playing and b) a Quick Look isn't a review, though many there hold the opposite to be the case, is fantastic.

I also absolutely love the comment about how it's completely GB's fault to have made a video that was not a review but would be seen by less than intelligent people as being a review and therefore the content is misleading and false.

So there can be no further Quick Looks from here on out. People have been revealed to be too stupid to watch them.

Anyway, OP, pay some attention, think for half a minute, and understand that different people have different opinions. And, besides, on a recent podcast Jeff said it was kind of a shame that The Secret World was getting lumped in with every other MMO, ever, because he felt like it did some things worth paying attention to.

Einstein quotes, because it makes you look hella SMRT. From having played the beta, my experience was almost exactly like Jeff explained. Heck, even the awkward waypoint leading to the subway happened to me and I just walked around for minutes trying to find where to go. It's an interesting game, but I feel the quicklook was a fair look at it, and also, quicklooks are not reviews.

As it has already indicated Brad didn't play the game during the Quick Look. Also creating a thread complaining about a Quick Look generally isn't something that warrants a forum topic.
