    Overview

    Vic Viper is the name given to a series of ships constructed by the Gradians to combat the evil forces of the invading Bacterion forces. Though the events of the Gradius games can take place hundreds of years after one another, the same basic design of the Vic Viper has shone through, with slight design variations but always the same one-hit-kill frailty.

    The Vic Viper is a self-upgradable fighter with access to missiles, a choice of either the angled Double shot or piercing Laser, up to four Options, and generally is featured using the dual rotating Shield defense upgrade.
