whats up with the gimp mask?

I really hate the character designs in this game. Long torsos, short arms and legs, dumb faces. Really, REALLY hate it. 
 
Almost as much as I hate people who write "first" when posting. That should be an insta-ban.

Eh... don't like artstyle on the "rebels", either go full monty or not at all. Gameplay videos just make me wish that CoD:MW2 had a perk called "Parkour" to mimic the mantling and sliding (running and then pressing crouch = slide animation).

Part of me likes and dislikes the art style when they first unveiled this game, but the concept of the game is itself intriguing.

I think this trailer looks better than the gameplay they've shown so far.

God the characters still look stupid. Still psyched, though.

I love the idea.
I love the design.
I love the art.
I love the location. 
I love the guns.
I love the character models and customization.
I love the movement.

I love everything about it.
 
I love Giant Bomb for setting the age to 20 so I don't have to do it.

I think the art style tries to achieve something with a graffiti/comic edge but falls a bit short. Also, the builds of all these characters feels too stretched and janky to be doing all that acrobatic stuff, and they're all pretty silly looking for a serious-toned design. Also, people don't like trailers with no gameplay because you don't play anything you just saw.

Meh, I don't like cg trailers like that.  All they're saying with that is they WISH it looked that good, but it doesn't. Show gameplay unless you're not confident enough and need a cg trailer.

Cute trailer.  The style seems a little similar to the Dawn of War cinematics.  What I've seen of the game thus far doesn't seem any more than a little bit of new software for terrain traversal strapped on an average shooter, though.

looks good, i hope the gameplay is just as dynamic and exciting.

liked how they used in game visual assets in the actual cgi on the characters, however the directing & action was a bit.. stereotypical for a non gameplay trailer :|

I would like to see some live gameplay, but it looks good so far.

I know a lot of people don't like these trailers that don't show any gameplay footage but when done well, I think these can be really effective.
