I've still somehow never watched this. Downloading it now to watch this afternoon.

I've been saying they need a feature like that for a while now. Ian just looked down at me in shame and said, why not just bookmark it using your browser...

I mean they've got a field for comments in each unique image uploaded by a user. That requires at least one unnecessary table if not two. They could have used that time to make a simple favorites system by only using a many to one table.

Still one of the best things on giantbomb. Combines my love of vice and drew and learning.

I forgot there was a video on Drew's vacation to North Korea. The new upgrade video had some of this and made me look it up. Amazing photos, Drew.

I just recently got a full time job so I was so excited that I would be able to finally subscribe and this was one of the videos that I was looking forward to watching the most!

Brilliant video, been a long time podcast listener and forum browser. But this is not only insightful but very entertaining. Are there any other videos similar to this?

Just thought I'd point out the 'Dear Leader' questions at the end in case anyone revisits this.

Kim Il-sung (the grand daddy) is known as the Great Leader. Strangely enough he is still considered the president even though he is dead.

Kim Jong-Il is still 'the dear leader.' Despite being dead he is still in charge of the military, only the way the royal family is in charge of the UK.

Kim Jong-un is referred to as the 'Supreme Leader' leaving him in charge of sweeping up the bar after last call.

only hearing drew recently bring up his Trip to NK i finally found this truly amazing and i can't believe i haven't seen this before,also reminds me of how much sub content i might of miss with Ryan miss that duder.

Still maybe my single favorite piece of Giant Bomb content after about 5 years of following the site. I would love to see another one when Drew returns from his upcoming Vietnam trip.

@mattclassic: He already did that during his run with Alexis in this year's Extra Life where he showed off a slideshow and talked about it. I forgot at what hour mark it is though.

I think that this is still one of the best things they have done.

I found this very educational, and it helped that it was humorous while still being respectful. Also nice seeing Ryan again.

This was fascinating. I'm planning on going to South Korea in June and going to to the DMZ, but now I want to go whole hog and go to the North as well. Maybe some day. I'm going to legit look into this now.

Finally watching this; this was ultra fascinating. Really great to hear Drew's rundown of his trip. I don't know if I'd be up to it myself, but it's great to hear about what it's like inside North Korea.

Drew you are amazing to take the time and money to go (and I am jealous) and thank you for shareing it with us. You really should show this video off more it is incredible. I mean I bet the American government would like to see it ...

Watched this pulling an all nighter while writing a paper. One of my favorite pieces of content on the site.

Just watching this for the first time. I'm a little late, but it was definitely worth the view. Those are some amazing photographs, Drew. I really hope you actually framed one of the night shots, and that the picture of you next to the soldier is hanging in the office somewhere. Killer content.
