Gotta say, during that last part you can see fun in Jeff's face. Then I realized when ever I see Jeff I never see HIM playing games more so looking at the game exclusively. Which is fine but I always found it interesting to watch a persons reactions to said game. It's like if you watch  a friend experience a part of a game that you enjoyed and watching them feel that same reaction.

Man the milkman look so different from last time I saw him, like a whole new person, I guess Japan and being a PR guy does that to you.   Always love GB doing these things since it's just not the ordinary PR talk and Q&A.

I'm from Finland so I have zero history with Sesame Street. Is it some kind of Muppet related show?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it amateurish to let the person being interviewed hold their own mic? I'm not trying to be a douche I'm just recalling from what I learned in my A/V class back in HS.

I didn't know Child of Eden had a story - it's so awesome conceptually. Reminds me of that chick in Johnny Mnemonic.

The Gunstringer's aiming is hella forgivable. It looks like Jeff is painting targets, and the Gunstringer automatically targets them, which makes more sense.

We're shooting for a more conversational tone, which doesn't happen if you're pushing the mic back and forth between two people. If you were running a TV newscast and trying to fit top-line information into 45 seconds, yes, you'd want to control your guest's speaking time more directly.

Yeah it's not amateur to let the guest hold the mic. There are various reasons though why you WOULDN'T want to have a guest hold the mic. As Jeff said, you can control their speech time to in order to adhere to TV timeslots (which isn't important for GB, keep it this way :)) and one of the other reasons is that talent who are not used to holding microphones - often place it too close or too far from their mouth when speaking.  This creates popping sounds and distortion. They have a pretty nice screen on their mic though, so it eliminates a lot of unwanted noise.

Experienced talent are able to hold the microphones in the proper position. On TV, this is what they are mainly concerned about - microphone issues going live to air will make the producer scream. It seems like there isn't ever many problems on GB with this, they might monitor the audio as it's coming into the camera.

Pretty crazy that Mielke knew all that about the game, unless he just made it up on the spot, either way - bravo.

Having ring caps double as an ammo counter and a reticle, now that's a great idea.  And you point at the screen with a gun finger to shoot!
