This place is RIDICULOUSLY large. I love basements, I'm a little jealous plus this building has the coolest brickwork.

Wonder how long the seating arrangements will last. But new offices look great.  
 
Bitters work great with the one rye whiskey drink, manhattan. Know I've seen it on Good Eats episodes somewhere but way too many to watch & enjoy. Manhattan is quite easy & rather tasty.

Dude, I so want to work for Whiskey Media right now.

I second the notion that they should put all the usteam videos on here.  At least thursday night throwdown. I have yet to see a single episode of this feature because I always miss it when it is live, and watching the recording on ustream sucks.  Please start adding the TNT vids right here on your own video player!

    Dude that office has an S-ton of space allocated to their watering hole. Hell many of the bars I frequent probably have half the space. Like Jeff was saying, it will be cool for events. The GB crew could probably fit an entire AAA game's development team down there.

This place is looking awesomer and awesomer by the second.

What do you call a loft space when it's in the basement?  A loftment?  A bloft?

Personally, Totally stoked about the new space. Plenty of space to get away from the other sites for videos. and while working they have plenty of personnel present for spit balling ideas. works out good for us on bother the site front and the social media front.

Well glad to see Jeff and Ryan keep the craziness of Giant Bomb live and well even around the other staffers, I was worried they would have to be subdued around them.

Offices look so awesome. Good result for hard work.

My only concern is, and I'm not trying to bash the other sites and employees, but I don't know how comfortable it's going to be for Jeff and Ryan to run around the editor hallway going crazy and laughing hysterically and making dumbass, loud videos, with other, perhaps less bombastic editors in the same general area.

Well, since everyone is occupying the same workspace now, it appears we'll be having even more cross-Whiskey cameos than before!

This would be an awesome place to play hide and seek in.

I still don't get what the music room is for.  I mean, I get that it's an "entertainment room" because that's where the TV and consoles are, but...what's with the bass and guitar?  And amp?

I said it on Tested and I'll say it here. That bar needs to be turned into a cellar filled with delicious wines.

It was a bit strange seeing all of the Whiskey Media people now occupying the same space as the Giant Bomb crew but wow, that office is cool. A part of me wishes I lived there.

and i LOVE the look of that bar....you guys need some kind of karaoke set up...some rock band set up...and then when dance central for the Kinect comes out have that set up too...hahaha, just all kinds of drunk fun

I don't think I could work in an open-plan office like that and get some actual work done. Some nice noise canceling headphones would probably help though.
Anyway it looks awesome, and there's more potential for random people coming in to office vids, so that's a plus!

well, it's not about having permission or anything, it's more like not getting in the way of other people jobs you know, like they wouldn't be filming and joking around as much so they wouldn't be a nuisance to people that are trying to edit or write something.  like this weeks podcast, at the end there was a guy asking them if they would be wrapping up already because or some event or something that would be going on there. before they had their own space, so that was not a problem, but now is totally different. "

the fact that anyone wants to watch these non-gaming related videos is a testament to the community you guys have built.  Well done GB crew! 
 
I'm also a bit concerned that the close proximity of the other sites might stifle...let's say...creativity.  i have faith in Sara, Will and Norm, oh and Alex.  The other ones frighten and confuse me.

Also, the other floors of the building are filled with complete strangers, whats to stop them from walking downstairs and taking some of your stuff? I saw that only staff can get into the building because of keycards (Who will forget it first I wonder?! Probably Vinny), but the other people could easily take junk. Or is there security cameras? "
