I played it, it's free and ok I guess. I would have been pissed if I'd paid for it. It's super short and seems designed to net you a ton of extra lives really quick and easy.

I really don't like Sonic talking. Finger wagging and foot tapping in the idle animation was more than enough attitude.

Also, the lock on attack... no more of that. It's just a cop out from needing to spend time making the platforming and level design tight on every game that has it.

Religated to half baked games and pedestrian gimicks like Yoshi's Island DLC. Soon we will only see Sonic tacked on as DLC in SNK vs Sega All Stars 10. Or, knowing their relationship with Nintendo, a Smash Bro's game. Sad.

Some of the people in this thread who haven't liked a Sonic since Sonic 2 are complaining about a new Sonic game. Is it impossible for someone to learn that if they haven't liked something for 17 years they aren't going to start now? Is it possible to just stop complaining after 17 years? I'm into whatever they want to try because who the fuck cares, and the Sega Genesis isn't exactly coming back into style.
