This was bad in my opinion but back in the Whiskey days it took some time to get the TNT and Happy Hour shows rolling. Look forward to seeing the next one.

I loved it. Complete mess. But, a totally great mess.

Not bad for a first show, but the Gamespot folks definitely need to adjust to the GB style of things. Chris looked ready to break down at some points.

Sweet. GameSpot and GiantBomb are the two gaming sites I go to most. This is going to be great to watch. Was there any notification of this before it happened, or did it just come up, 'cause I certainly didn't hear about it until I clicked this.

It wasn't mentioned until around two days ago on the main page in the coming soon to Giantbomb thingy.

GameSpot is taking over!

All I could think was 'these gamespot dudes have no idea what they are in for', and I was right :p

This was a lot of fun and I hope the GB crew does more with the Gamespot people. I really want to see Carolyn in on some retro gaming thing, she's way into that stuff (and would totally smackdown Jeff for talking shit about Super Metroid).

Woah! Just from the screenshot, I have no idea who those people are besides obviously Jeff. Not sure if I'm going to be into this. There's a reason I go to Giant Bomb and not Gamespot. Oh well, I guess I shouldn't judge until I watch.

I'm curious to see how this evolves. I think a Gamespot/Giant Bomb joint effort is interesting, but I do not know how much mileage they can go with playing just new releases. More content is great, but we already have Quick Looks of half these games, and the other half is titles they clearly do not want to play (Patrick playing baseball games, oof).

Considering we have Unprofessional Fridays and TNT has went from competitive multiplayer of new releases with the community to "play games based on a theme" (can't blame them if nothing fun comes out), hopefully a Wednesday show could become something different or unique.

I'm glad they're trying harder, though.

I really liked the guy (I forget his name) who did the Mass Effect 3 DLC's enthusiam. Refreshing to not hear someone just be down on ME3.

If this leads to more Jeff Gerstmanns in gaming journalism, I'm all for it. Also, I'm always a fan of Giant Bomb looking at games that they have no earthly idea about, so keep on keeping on!

EDIT: This is now my favorite thing that Patrick has done for the site. I think Giant Bomb has found its permanent Sports Expert.

I was curious what this was for a while. My main curiosity when I saw that it was a long livestream with a schedule was that they were aiming to do Unprofessional Fridays only with new games. Was a bit curious what that means for Quick Looks. Still a bit curious what that means for Quick Looks now that its role as being basically Screened's Happy Hour Segment For Games with Gamespot is clear. Will there be a Citidel QL? I think there should be because I want to hear what Brad thinks of it!

Also I like the name Shrink Shack for the room but I also like Wrap Session for the feature. Wednesday Wrap Session. It's perfect! WWS.

Cool to see Carolyn and Justin mixing in with Giant Bomb. Some of this felt forced in a weird way but I enjoyed it enough. Certain weeks may be much more interesting than others for this show I guess.

Gamespot is having a live Playstation All-Stars Tournament at 4? Ain't nobody got time for that!

I liked this a lot more than I thought I would. If the GS guys just loosen up a bit more, this could become something really awesome.
