I've heard mixed reviews about the original game for the 360, is it worth getting?

It's a pretty awesome trailer, and gives a bit of a recap for those that didn't play the first one.

It is one of my favorite games of this generation, so I think it is. Beware though, it is a game of moments. While there are some scenes I will never forget, there are also some horrible levels. If you can spare the money (and I'd wager that is rather cheap), it is worth you time if you appreceiate what the first person perpective can do for storytelling.

That was an... interesting trailer. Never really seen anything like it.

Great trailer. Gives me some hope that they can recapture some of the magic from the original. Man, if they can get the atmosphere right, I will bust several nuts.

Neat trailer, kind of looking forward to the game cause The Darkness ruled but jeez, you can't get more heavy handed than this trailer.

Think of it logically: nobody,especially in this day and age, would want to make a sequel of a poorly received / regarded game released years ago, right?

Wow wasn't expecting this great voice acting and a recap of the story.

Looks good. The ending of the first game was Really good and quite sad. Looking forward to what happens next.

Absolutely. Fantastic game. Very dark and atmospheric. The Darkness powers were a lot of fun to use.

This is a pretty good trailer for #2. Now that it's next year, I might play it.

Kirk Acevedo and Mike Patton were the only really redeeming thing about the original game, so I'm kind of disappointed by Nolan taking over voice work for Jackie.

At least they got Patton back.

I just recently beat the first darkness and I really enjoyed it, there were some flaws here and there but hey.
 
I'm looking forward to this, the darkness appearance is quite different, seems like they are going with a more badass looking jackie as well, I also like crazy weird looking caffeine pumped dude.

I'm pretty sure you can get the original for $/€5 by now. There is no excuse to not get it. One of my favorites of this generation. Definitely looking forward to the new one.

Also, I REALLY hope that is the official box art. Looks good.

Bad ass trailer, not too happy about the more cel-shady look, preferred the gritty look of the first one, but i played the last one for the story, which was awesome, can't wait for this game.

I watched most of this thinking it was Darksiders 2 and being really confused.

This was a very enlightening trailer and very well made, only got me more excited for next year.

Loved the first game! and this trailer gets me really excited as it looks as if they are focusing on story again and atmosphere

Love this new trailer, the art style, the whole freaking nine yards. After playing some of it at PAX EAST 2011 and seeing more of it at PAX PRIME 2011 I have to say everything that the first did wrong, this game gets it so right.

I am excited!

If you haven't played the first game, check it out. It's one of the few games that gets borrowed more than others when people say they haven't played it yet. The multiplayer is shit, but the plot is solid and will keep you wanting to go through with the game till the end.

This is a realy, realy great trailer. Also this game looks to be prity good. Maby a little dark though :P

I felt that The Darkness was quite underated, there was alot to like when you got past the dodgy parts. It had a great atmosphere, fun gunplay and an engaging story.

That is one of the most excellent trailers I've ever seen. Great job! I loved the 1st Darkness... Graphics look turned up QUITE a bit this 2nd round.

So... digital Woody Allen?

Not really liking the new art style. But I love the story so I will give it a shot.
