Honestly I was never quite blew away by the whole Happy Hour thing but it has gotten real old to me. The ridiculously that was some of the older episodes (Dave driving drunk in GT5 was pretty funny) was a solid premise.

The whole attitude of the Whiskey sites is basically do dumb stuff while delivering some decent news, reviews, and commentary. The lunacy is gone and a lot of the charm that still actually comes across on the quick looks and podcasts (I only listen to the Tested and Giant Bomb ones) is completely gone here.

It also doesn't help that at times they are obviously short on content and the fact that I could care less about the comic book stuff (no offense to those that love it). I will say having the comic opinions on the comic movies is nice.

Anyway, keep up the quick looks. Those are my favorites along with the podcasts and TNTs. More retro TNTs would be welcomed (the THPS3 one was epic).

I think the happy hour has lost all of its charm after settling into a regular format every week. I used to watch every minute but now I just have it running in the background while I do other browsing, almost like a podcast. I do always have a look and see what Tested and GB are showing. I think that's pretty telling when 2 of your 4 weekly live broadcast sections would do just as well as an audio stream. The Happy Hour has become stale. However, with such busy work schedules you can't blame them for sticking to an easy to produce formula every week.

I still love all the Quicklooks and the archived TNT's and news/reviews so even without the happy hour I would still be more than happy to pay for the content.

Truly, this is the Guitar Hero: Aerosmith of dancing games.

Had that problem ordering one of the Burn Bright; Burn Blue shirts for the Bungie anniversary. Really insane shipping prices. It only cost $10 to get the member shirt shipped though, I'd have thought the same would apply for this.

The part with the tree went on a little longer than it should have.

Frankly I'd love to sign up for a yearly premium membership (monthly is just a waste), but I just can't justify it right now. The content original to the site is slow. Quick Looks are super cool but quite few of them per week most of the time, TNTs are quite nice too but that's about it.   I miss more multimedia content from GB that would make me want to sign up for premium. I loved the Star Trek Online daily series and endurance runs, things like that would make me wanna spend the money here. Just present me with something like that daily and I'm ready.   As for the Happy Hours, well yeah, I care mostly about Giant Bomb content, so all the rest is of no major interest to me, I don't care how to make coffe, I don't care how super man 435th edition looks like and I certainly don't care bout movie reviews. But that's me, so I can't hold that against the show, still it's not enough to convince me to sign up for premium.   More in-house game videos, more gaming related stuff and I'll sign in an instant and if possible daily and I'm ready to spend $100 or more a year.

I'm a premium member and I've stopped watching the Happy Hour videos all together. Weird huh? I haven't seen enough improvements in the format to warrant watching it anymore. To the Whiskey staffers' credit they're probably living out a life long dream of running their own talk show. I'll say it one more time: I would gladly trade the Happy Hour for the return of (WU) TANG.
