This is possibly old news, but the Xbox remote that Major Nelson just posted pictures of has a button marked "Live TV". Would this mean streaming of network TV is impending or something else?

Sounds more like what they would call the videos they put on XBL on the different channels.

I've got the old xbox remote and it's also got a Live TV button on it.  The massive long remote you could use to kill a moose.

I'm in England and the Xbox has SKY on it. I don't know if they have that everywhere, but that's probably what that does.

The live TV button is the B button on the old white remote.  I don't think it indicates anything.  We've had sky TV for a while now

Pretty sure they said around E3 that 360 is getting live TV. It was supposed to have it at launch but they never got deals in place.
