Im currently looking into buying one of the 60gb 360 hardrives with 3 month gold in preperation for the NXE. i already havea  20gb drive but want the extra space for game installs. my question is is there any way i can move all my game saves onto the new hard drive?

i really hope a crappy memory card isnt the only answer.

I believe all hard drives include a data transfer cable to move all your saves over.

I believe it only comes in that package mentioned above, for $99. I suppose if they start selling it without the 3 month Live card it would be a little less, but who knows.

It costs $100 and comes with everything that doesn't come with an Arcade pack...ie. Headset etc. I think it's a pretty good deal since it makes the Arcade pack cost the same as a Premium if you were to buy it. I really wish the 120GB could just be a standalone (no headset, or XBL membership etc) for $100 though...

as far as i was aware that data transfer kit only comes with the elite. i think the 60gb pack only comes with an ethernet cable.

This means il have to buy a transfer kit somehow which makes it less cost attractive.

They are starting to sell the 60gb itself in the package listed in the first post. Otherwise this thread would be pointless.

It would be pretty lame if the transfer cable didn't come with the hdd, but at least we can get one as listed in WilliamRLBaker's post.
