Overview
Yusuf Amir is a real estate developer from the United Arab Emirates. He is obsessed with money, women, and ostentatious displays of wealth. He worries frequently about disappointing or impressing his father, who funds Yusuf's lifestyle. He is fond of (mis-)using 'gangsta' slang.
Yusuf is mentioned in the base game of GTA IV. In the mission "Deconstruction for Beginners", Yusuf is the developer of the building project where Niko kills the Mafia/Union members. Yusuf's character is more fully developed in The Ballad of Gay Tony, where he gives several missions to Luis Lopez, and eventually becomes a close friend with Luis.
