    Overview

    Zeno Clash II is a first-person brawler released on PC, PSN, and XBLA in 2013. Its story picks up where the original Zeno Clash left off. Ghat and his sibling, Rimat, embark on a journey that takes them across the world of Zenozoik, meeting many new and returning characters along the way, including FatherMother and Golem.

    The gameplay, world, and lore of Zeno Clash are all expanded. There is a world map, with fast travel, as well as side quests that can be discovered and pursued in parallel to the main story quest.

    Gameplay

    The game has all of the previous game's mechanics, but also introduces many new ones. The game has added the ability to juggle enemies, popping them up into the air via many different methods. It also includes more defensive options, including blocking, countering, and dodging.

    Secondary weapons have been added. They are: bombs, a chain, the Sun-Moon gauntlet, and the Golem Hand. The latter two are used in solving various puzzles.

    The game also features light RPG elements in the form of 4 stats that can be leveled up: health, stamina, strength, and leadership.

    The game features co-op play, with the second player playing as Rimat, who always accompanies Ghat. In solo play, Rimat is AI-controlled. Additionally, you may have a second follower, who is always AI-controlled. Each possible follower in the game has a leadership requirement, which must be met by your leadership skill in order for you to recruit them.
