Originally built for Prince Enrique to command once he came of age, the Delphinus is the Valuan Armada's most powerful airship. It has a state of the art hull and engines, an ostentatious bridge and living quarters built for royalty and the Empire's experimental Moonstone Cannon; a weapon able to shoot a focused beam of pure energy from valuable, rare moonstones to devastating effect.
When Enrique asks to be "kidnapped" by Vyse and the Blue Rogues, so he could oppose the Valuan Empire incognito, he insisted that Vyse also acquire his ship and use it however he wishes. For the rest of the game, the Delphinus is used as Vyse's (and the player's) main airship. It gets upgraded at various points in the story to allow further exploration.
