Overview
While getting stuck in a wall is nothing new to video games, even old 2600 games had their occasional wall trick; once games began to move into 3D, the chance for a mathematical error or mistake in collision detection increased dramatically. This is still a problem even in current games, because of the complexities of the simulation of physics.
It is a matter of debate whether or not the "geometry" in this concept's title includes two-dimensional geometry as well, but for now the games in the list are representative of those which have 3D environments.
