    Overview

Heroes of Ruin is a Diablo-style action RPG for the Nintendo 3DS developed by n-Space (with some help from Nintendo to leverage more hardware power) and published by Square Enix. Square Enix has also partnered with Nintendo of Europe for a distribution arrangement. Nintendo will handle sales, marketing and distribution of the game throughout EEA, Switzerland, Russia, Turkey and South Africa territories.

One of the game's key features is its 4-player drop-in/drop-out local or online co-op. The action is displayed from an isometric perspective. Players will also be collecting lots and lots of loot and have the option to use voice chat to talk to their co-op partners. The game will be supported for a full year with free daily DLC challenges. Players can also trade items and receive new ones via StreetPass.

    Story

The game begins in a city called Nexus. The city's ruler has been cursed which broke the very fragile peace Nexus existed in. The hero the player chooses out of the four different character answers the call to find a cure and save Nexus and its ruler.
