Checked out that "Call of the Fireflies" Crysis mod that @BeachThunder: brought up. Thought I would post my own screens since it does look quite nice and offers a nice hour of distraction.

They're from a game called Shattered Horizon.

Started playing some Red Orchestra 2, the campaign that is. Its pretty shitty with the horrible AI. But i just intend on using it as the tutorial for online. The game looks pretty good for a Unreal Engine game, there are still some of the horrible UE things going on though. But non the less it has its moments. 
 

Mirror's Edge always looked fun, and from a freerunner's standpoint seemed like an unreachable goal xD. Nevertheless

So for today I'm really into Crysis again and I downloaded the Extreme Immersion Mod. Other than the fact that whoever made it puked blurry all over the screen, the effects are pretty damn awesome.
 

Been playing CoH a ton the past few months with two friends (One of whom is a GBer). If anyone wants to get in on some friendly matches, add me on steam. We'd be glad to have you, no matter the skill level (We still all suck). 
 

Just played through Capsized:

@pornstorestiffi: I'm not answering for him, but I love capsized, not only is it beautiful to look at and listen to, but it's actually challenging and complex in the variety of functions/weapons you need to use to get through the levels - the levels themselves being larger than the usual 'straight line to the right of the screen' of most platformers. The only thing that may get on your nerves are the repetitive enemies. 

@BeachThunder:   That game reminds me of a Amiga game called Exile. How was Capsized?

Played a little Mirror's Edge just because it looks so damn pretty. That and it's a pretty cool game too.

I've just started getting around to playing my games. I'm mosdef going to be putting up more.

I just finished building a new pc about a week ago. (2500k, 16gb ram, GTX 580) And I'm no longer thinking the consoles are all that.

@Matthew: Just Cause 2, is SO FRIGGIN BEAUTIFUL! It makes Crysis look plain, and it runs like a dream.

Everything is on the highest settings + the new patch that improved the graphics and added DirectX 11 support.

All games with maxed out settings at 1920x1080 resolution.

@Matthew: Nice plan on playing any of the Dow games?

@Seedofpower: Yea, I have the DoW2 all lined up and ready to go...debating if I should go through DoW1 stuff as a refresher. I'm assuming they don't relate much at all do they?

The end of the Vanilla dow1 ties most directly back into Retribution. Then there is a bunch of side stories they try to bring in from soulstorm. Winter assault is the one expansion the mostly forgot about.

city of heroes has gone free to play. 7 years later, still looks pretty decent. don't mind the ghost guys respawning behind me.

When they said City of Heroes gone f2p, does that mean City of Villains too? I bought Villains when it came out and pretty much never played it.

yep, it's all one game now. they actually reworked the tutorial for f2p so you can make any class you want, and then in the tutorial you choose if you're a hero or a villain. so you can have like a hero stalker and such from level 1.

Seems like this thread has been pretty pictures, but here's mine from this weekend. I was playing a lot of Men of War: Assault Squad and this eventually happened. It's hard to tell from the screenshot but that's a vertical wall coming from the 88. I could move the camera around it.

I've been some more of the Ball.

I installed a graphics mod for Deus Ex and It made the game look quite a bit better after removing the yellow filter. A small side effect was that it made the game run like shit and I had to use DX9 mode.

@Zidd: Just so you know, it's usually frowned upon posting the whole screenshot in the thread. It's best to use the GB image uploader, so people can see the full image at a smaller reolution and click on it if they want to see the full sized image. Basically, this is one of the things that lead to the downfall of the previous PC screenshot thread.

Also, that urine-filter removal mod makes the game look so much better; it actually makes me a lot more interested in playing the game now. I'm not even joking when I say that the game's unmodded colour scheme makes me feel a bit ill :(

I guess I will be the first to post some BF3 screenshots. Apparantely ultra is not in the beta, though thats what I have selected so I presume it's at it's maximum possible settings. Not exactly great snaps but I find it quite difficult to kill dudes and take artistic shots.

So I got into Caspian Border.. and it was beautiful, so beautiful. So excuse me while I throw up rainbows.

I've never had a bug like that in assault squad lol, you must have done something terribly wrong haha.
