I feel like I'm more entertained reading the comments for these videos than I would be actually watching said videos.

The DM stuff in this seems pretty cool, but the game itself seems a little watered-down from the kind of RPG stuff I usually like.

I have to hand it to this community manager though, he's just as fond of silly voices as I am when I attempt to run a P&P game.

Man, that is a bummer about the story ending on another Halo 2-esque cliffhanger, because what I saw of the campaign in that unfinished looked really good.

This game just goes and goes in so many weird directions, doesn't it? I'd hardly consider myself a Final Fantasy expert, but this game's story seems like it might put up a decent challenge to Lightning Returns as the single most batshit crazy plot in the series.
I wonder if there's any significant difference between the US localization and the original Japanese script that could explain some of your issues with characterization... nah, probably not. It's likely just as nuts in its original language.

I still have never played an Uncharted game, but if I did I'd play Uncharted 2. The first one seems the most like a product of its time rather than anything that would hold up to close scrutiny 8 years later.

This looks fine but I cannot think of a Telltale adventure game less suited for me.
