@blannir: If you don't understand how GB, and to that same effect Game Informer doing (Super)Replays, are different from "streamers" and "internet personalities" to the point that you're bummed out about it or actively want the site to change...I genuinely hope you find somewhere else to fit your needs. Many of us come here for what GB has to offer, particularly exactly what it is now, and don't need it to become more influencer-esque to move forward.
For Xmas my SO got me a signed GB poster (somehow I got two) that has Jeff, Vinny, Rorie, Brad, and Drew and it's the one with Ryan in the diner. It's my new most cherished decoration and having Drew back for a segment makes it all that much better.
@rorie: Hey Rorie, I'd add Divinity Original Sin 2's console release to that. I'd love to update my list to reflect it, is there any way to separate the console release to show 2018 on the selections?
@cornfed40: I think it may have something to do with the fact that Columbia is where Mizzou is (where I went around the time Dan was at KU and the major state University) and they're rival schools. Many people from other states either recognize Columbia because of Mizzou or my hometown St. Louis. Jefferson City never really comes up outside of documentaries on meth.
@saispag: Aggressive Inline is one of my most prized gaming memories, nostalgia be damned. I would pay an irrational sum of money for a remake/remaster, especially if they expanded the soundtrack to include even more era appropriate tracks across various genres. There was something uniquely magical about doing obscenely unrealistic tricks in a random amusement park while the soundtrack switched between Reel Big Fish, Eric B & Rakim, and Sublime.
@vinny@ybbaaabby If you all are seriously considering disabling comments on videos for your own personal wellness and general push toward making the community an overall more pleasant environment, I can only truly speak for myself, but there is support for that movement.
