If you have serious depression, seek support from your friends and family and please talk to someone that can provide you with good professional help. While stuff like meditation, eating well, and exercise can help anyone feel a bit better, they're not some sort of miracle panacea for people with clinical depression.
At a certain point, giving that sort of advice to people that need real help is pretty damn irresponsible regardless of how many disclaimers you put up front that you're "not experts". If you can't offer sound reasonable advice to these sorts of questions, maybe you should try something less serious like questions from Yahoo Answers.
There were too many good games this year. I don't think I had a single one of these on my personal GotY list and yet there's a lot of them I wish I'd had room to include.
I'm looking forward to seeing what you think of episode five. I thought it stumbled a little bit and probably went on a bit too long, but it didn't really diminish the overall experience (unless you make the "wrong" decision at the end).
I'm glad I picked up Life is Strange on the cheap before the end of the year because it absolutely deserves a spot on my GotY list.
