@ciddative: You aren't replying to what I said at all, just as you are ignoring what Miranda asks for. Yes its clear if you sit and think for a few minutes who the game really wants and is asking. Yes we know those characters are the team leaders. But what you get asked to pick by Miranda is people able to command loyalty and Jack immediately shows that Miranda can't do that because she's still not trusted and neither is Jacob. Its a pretty big mislead, maybe Alex should have slowed down and mulled it over, but it comes immediately after the game is crystal clear about what it wants when asking for a tech expert. Its bad writing and bad game design.

@ciddative: 'Command loyalty through experience' is a terrible phrase. Miranda and Jacob are still barely trusted by other crewmembers, Jack and alien crew who still see them as Cerberus. Jack was vocal about not trusting Miranda during the meeting. Its asking for something that isn't there, when it just wants experienced team leaders/tacticians. The implication you are left with is Jack is right.

@kaddion: Legion's loyalty mission is allowed if you do it immediately by talking to him, you can't touch anything else.

The phrasing for picking team leader was awful. That's on Bioware not Alex. The people they want you to pick for 'inspiring' and 'experienced' lol. The dialogue should have talked up tactical and military experience and team leadership and Alex would have got it. He got all 3 for tech expert when they were clear about what they were asking him.

Now he needs to reload his save or ME3 is gonna be a bummer.

Catan sucks, i'd actually rather play monopoly, its really in the trash tier of board games for me and so overrated. Asmodee also continuing to make bad video game ports, they are a board game publisher though so its not a huge surprise they have no idea what they are doing when making video games. They are a pretty huge company with the rights for all the physical games creating a monopoly I don't think indie studios will be able to bust. I'd much rather see Vinny revive Giant Bomb unplugged than continue to cover Asmodee's dismal efforts, Vinny seems to have built up a pretty solid library of good board games for himself already, and Dan would probably enjoy some of the games where he gets to be a heel like Coup or Shadows over Camelot.

@brad I agree Brad, but would love seeing the Hitman 2 maps played, if you felt like revisiting things. Haven't seen much of them on the site.

Its kinda a bummer than Sean Bean returned while you were all at E3, i replayed it and saw a lot more of the dialogue i missed first time round and the robot flash bomb you got from launching it is a unique item atm (Its non-suspicious, attracts people to pick it up, and is then remotely detonated).

That was a really good run Brad.

Its a good level, I played it immediately at launch and a bunch of challenges were missing which already got fixed. Its about the same amount of content as Whittington Creek the smallest main level maybe just slightly fewer things to do. I'm really torn on this, it's great to finally get more hitman to play, but this is a real bitesize appetiser with nothing to really sate your appetite. Maybe the resort is one of the larger levels, maybe its tiny again but I'm basically resigned to there not being any significant new hitman until 3 is released, which is probably Nov 2020/21. WB has forced them to create a much smaller studio to do the DLC work while the main studio presumably works on the next new game and it really shows, a smaller team is just never going to be able to create a map the size of miami. So the resort probably is another tiny map and WB are once again messing with a great franchise by forcing studios into their bad template of organisation and operation.

I don't think I've seen anyone make the comparison but look at Chromebooks. Googles attempt to make laptops 'in the cloud'. They aren't a complete failure but they are extremely niche and nothing google can do will change that until they can deliver perfect network connectivity. They tried being an ISP and have already pulled out of cities where they made mistakes rather than pay to fix the mess (They tried digging shallow trenches, cables quickly got exposed).
