Eder's game collection: Nintendo DS edition

The DS might be Nintendo's best portable ever. It had a rough start like most consoles with not many good games to get and the touch screen just seemed like a gimmick. Actually yes its a gimmick but as time went on we got great game after great game.

List items

  • At E3 2004 or 2005 I think there was a short video of a Sonic game only known as Sonic DS where you controlled Sonic with the touch screen. I'm glad that never came to be since that turned into this Awesome Sonic game. For the special stages they still use the Touch screen but in a very good way.

  • It's amazing how people just think of the bad Sonic games and just overlook the good ones. This is one of the best.

  • Yep. I got this game when it came out and it was real good.

  • Never owned a Nintendo 64 so this is how I played this game. The changes are minor though even with the new characters.

  • Just a bunch of weird minigames. The cover really doesn't help since it looks like its some kind of perv game but its not. Just some dude doing all sorts of wacky things to get a girl to go out with him.

  • God this game is a bunch of ass. My bad though since I was looking for another game that looked very similar like some kind of Strategy game I can't remember the name now.

  • I love me some children's card game. This came packed with some sweet cards and the game was not a spinoff like many GBA games before it.

  • The best game in the series got and update. A must own.

  • From Bioware came this weird ass game. I'ts funny how Sega sometimes goes the "Me too" route with Sonic and this was a 10 year old "me too" to Mario RPG. Gee a little late don't you think? So far it's fine, nothing special.

  • Some people really like this game. It's ok I guess, I rather have classic Kirby anyday.

  • A very good follow-up to Aria of Sorrow. Soma is back with a new kickass intro and light touch screen gimmicks.

  • After the awsomeness that was the Sorrow games we get this very MEH installment.

  • Its no Dawn of Sorrow but had some interesting new characters and ideas that made for a great game overall.
