I'm perfectly content with what they have to offer. I have been paying for plus for 6+ years just for reference. Sure the games they gave away around and before the end of the PS3 were much better but that was mostly because their backs were against the wall and needed to have a agressive strategic move against Microsoft. But honestly, I get 6 free games a month. 6!!!!!! So that is plenty worth the price I pay every year. Thats 72 games a year for 60 bucks. You really can't beat that. Yea sure you'll have some stinkers but that's a lot of games so ofcourse some of them are going to be. Not to mention all the steam sale-esque deals you can get on some games throughout the year. And also I really don't understand all the shouting about the download speeds because mine are perfectly fine and I don't even have good internet.
@sloppydetective: They were perfectly fine in my experience. No more than 5-10 seconds at the most. Very surprising actually considering the size of the map. Like I said though, I think it's a good game it just has some technical hinderences that really hold it back. So I wouldn't regret getting it, just keep your expectations in check.
@sloppydetective: Yea, it's still awful. I just got this game this past Christmas and it can be close to unplayable in some of the more busy areas. I'm not sure how bad it was at launch but if it was worse than it is now, then that is a failed launch. Don't get me wrong, it's still a fun game but that makes it even more dissapointing/frustrating when it has these issues. Low frame rates typically don't bother me (I game on console) but this one was especially bad.
Yea if they end with a winning record that would be much more than anyone expected this year but I'm still hoping they sneak into the playoffs. Not expecting much once in but still. Sorry for being off-topic, I just saw your emblem and couldn't help myself.
