2021 was a year of big change. New job, new relationship, and continuation of a global pandemic meant gaming took a bit of a back seat. I did play a few new releases, but most of them I'm experiencing in 2022. My passion for games has reignited as of the start of 2022, and long may that continue.
Lots of fun to play, gorgeous visuals on the Nintendo Switch. Barely scratched the surface but should I pick up an additional switch I will dig in to this much more.
From the little I watched of this, it looks like an amazing sequel with tons of additional content. I can't wait to play this.
I enjoyed FIFA 22 for the time I played it, but was frustrated by my ineptitude so dropped it after a couple of months. Online it's still one of the most fun with friends.
Definitely had the itch to jump back into a COD game this year, and I enjoyed Vanguard a lot. The multiplayer was my main focus, and it felt nice to play and not frustrating at all unlike previous entries.
Scarcely played but once again, super fun with friends. I'm slowly making my way through the adventure mode which is helping me to learn the game. Looking forward to playing this much more.
A surprise hit, so much fun to play
One of my favourite first-time Resident Evil experiences which kind of loses steam upon subsequent playthroughs. Great game on the first playthrough though.
Finally sunk in a lot more playtime in early 2022 and this is one of the best fighting games released for a long time. I love the music and the gameplay is stellar.
A beautiful end to cap of one of the greatest Final Fantasy titles every made.
Started in 2020 but dominated the start of 2021 for me, this game changed my life. I now want to be a Hero like Ichi.
