@soulcake: He was not wearing a headset in the clip... I don't think they were playing anything. Seemed like they were watching videos of car combat.

I remember a clip from a Best of Giant Bomb video and I want to find the actual full length video, but I can't find the correct "Best of" now... it's driving me mad. It's a segment, possibly from a Demo Derby, where Jeff says something like the following while looking at camera...

"I am an expert in the field. I have been doing this for 20 years. I have driven a car. I have fired guns... I have fired guns from a moving car. This game sucks."

Anyone know what this is?

I know it's a stupid thought, but I actually considered getting a PSVR for this after playing the demo... for about three hours. This game looks amazing, it's nice to have a reason to dust off my old Tetris skills after my friends got sick of losing at Tetris Battle Gaiden.

Bummed to not see Geno in the initial roster, but hopefully he shows up as DLC. Also, Ben pronounces his name weird on the podcast... he seems to say "Gee-no," but I always said it "Jen-oh" in my head... oh well, memories of a simpler time when games only spoke in text, not in voice acting.

Also, the set up for the adventure mode, Master Hands absorbing everyone and only Kirby surviving the apocalypse... is real fuckin' dumb, but I'm way into it. It may not be Subspace Emissary levels of fun dumb, but it looks enjoyable.

I do not like the Metal Gear games, I've tried going back to FFVII in the past because I missed it in its day and was not taken in by it, Resident Evil didn't grab me as a series until RE4, and the original GTA is not the game GTA 3 is. Is it sad that the only thing on this list that really appeals is Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo? I will be passing on this, nice try though Sony. This isn't worth a hundred bucks to me.

Finally. If they do this for Rocket League and Minecraft, I might actually turn my PS4 on for the first time in months. Took them long enough to wake up to reality... I hear God of War and Spider-Man are good...

First thing I noticed upon loading this up was DMX Goomba... and it made me smile. This is amazing work, duder. Love it.

I know it doesn't effect them in the slightest, but I've kind of shied away from using my PS4 since this whole debacle started. I don't even like Fortnite all that much or feel the need to play it across all consoles... but I do love Rocket League. And Minecraft. I'd really like all my versions to talk to each other because it's technologically feasible and doable and just needs a Sony exec to okay the switch flipping. I also really want to play the new God of War, but until Sony changes their tune on this, I'll be denied that pleasure. It's all I can do personally, but it feels like something I shouldn't budge on.

I would like to throw my support behind my fellow Jeff and say that Blitzball fucking sucks. It's so bad. I love FFX, it was the first Final Fantasy I got into, but fuck... Blitzball... is so bad. So bad.

As for other crappy mini-games in games, any card game in any RPG is not fun. Pazaak from KOTOR is my touchstone. I have a lightsaber and I play Sith in KOTOR. If I want your money, I will not play cards, I will just kill you and take it. Fuck your intergalactic poker.
