I had only stayed at that residence for a few months As its been over two three months I've since moved so I don't remember.

One time I ordered a Giant Bomb shirt but all I received was an empty (yet sealed) bag. I emailed support (this was during the Whiskey Media days) and received a replacement right away. Maybe "Jack" is alternate timeline me, separated from his own comtinuity, caught in a hellish temporal loop, forced to live out the same day over and over until he finally gets his shirt, breaking the loop and allowing him to return home to his own timeline.

To be fair, nothing better than a freebie shirt. I was very excited when my GB shirt order came in and found a freebie GameFAQs shirt with it.

If he had any experience with this site then he would know to send all support emails with a picture of your dog, then it gets moved to the top of the list.
