I think the Bayonetta discussion is well borne out by now, but wanted to add that regardless of the subject, I'm really glad Abby isn't afraid to express a strong opinion on stuff like this.
Diversity works better if we embrace different points of view.
I really enjoy this series - Interesting game with low key Ben time + Guest is a treat, plus a great vehicle for Ben to grow and see what does / doesn't work. Keep it up, looking forward to next installment :)
I'm a bit torn on the Dan thing... I was also really irritated by how he articulated both his dislike of Pyre and love of Walmart, and he could probably stand to learn a thing or two from just about anyone else on staff who express themselves with a bit more thought...
I was even more upset with his apparent "it's good for me [the consumer] so who cares" sentiment - hopefully that was just poor "in the moment" phrasing or bad interpretation on my part.
On the other hand, if everyone expresses themselves the same way then I guess conversation then turns into modular and interchangeable parts which kind of makes for a boring listen. Opposing personalities makes for fun, interesting conversations!!
Hopefully there'll be a good middle ground some day that's not boring but also doesn't cause blood pressure spikes.
Either way, I'm really happy for all the hard work you do Dan!! Keep it up man, thanks a lot.
Cool feature! It's kind of adorable how much Dan wants other people to like the things that he likes...! He seemed so bummed when they dunked on the "feel"...
Everyone did great here, looking forward to part 2!
