No recent wiki edits to this page. The Pulse Gun is a staple of the Unreal franchise. Its primary firing mode emits pulse blasts while its secondary firing mode emits a damaging plasma stream which more rapidly depletes ammunition. The weapon first appeared in Unreal Tournament and subsequently appeared in Unreal Tournament 2003, Unreal Tournament 2004 and Unreal Tournament 3. Since the release of Unreal Tournament 2003 the gun's name officially changed to the Link Gun because of it's ability to link to teammates wielding the weapon to provide a damage boost. The link gun is also capable of repairing vehicles and turrets as well as helping turn a checkpoint in the Onslaught game mode more rapidly.
