Size Matters tries too hard to be like it's big brother. 0

A lot of the time when a major console game makes the transition to a handheld it often turns out as a completely different game or it takes place as a side story or a spin-off. This is apparent with games such as Vice City Stories and the Metal Gear Acid games. But this isn't the case with Ratchet and Clank: Size Matters. In fact it's almost the exact same as the console versions. It's a direct sequel to Deadlocked and picks the story up from there. Ratchet and Clank are on vacation and a littl...

Good gameplay but too short!!! 0

Yes size matters and in this game, the developers didn't think it mattered enough. You can brush through the game in about 5 hours and it could take you 15 hours to find all of the secrets. I was disappointed when i found out the length of the game . It is a good game which incorporates good gameplay, a storyline and humor. The other con to this game though is that it is incredibly easy. But a plus for this game is that it has Infrastructure mode (online play) which is a plus, but you wont spend...

Ratchet & Clank's first venture to the PSP is rather hit or miss. 0

Ratchet & Clank's first venture to the PSP isn't quite the enjoyable experience of it's console counterparts. Not to say that this game is bad, but it plays more like a waterer down version of the PS2 Ratchet & Clank games. The campaign is short, the controls are poorly implemented on the PSP, and camera is insanely bad, On the postive side however, it still maintains the spirit of it's console counterparts, with a lighthearted, humorous story, fun minigames, and upgradable weapons. The...

Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters 0

Ratchet and Clank: Size Matters was the first game i got for my PSP. Prett much only because it came with the game. It is also my first Ratchet and Clank game. Though it might not be the best game to start out with for this franchise i did find it enjoyable, at times. example of the combatSo the story.  The game starts out with Ratchet and Clank relaxing on a island resort type of deal. While they are relaxing,  a girl named Luna comes up and asks them if she can take some pictures. While you a...

Not a bad debut on PSP 0

Ratchet and Clank size matters was a 2007 release for the playstation portable and the first time a ratchet and clank game had appeared on the handheld platform. The playstation 2 games were hugely successful and ratchet and clank swiftly became one of the most popular action platformers around. The games used moments of platforming and added some impressive gunplay by including some of the most memorable guns in gaming to date. When Sony first announced they would be publishing a ratchet and cl...

Size matters is a fun, bite-sized version of R&C. 0

I've always like ratchet and clank, sadly this is the only one i've had the chance to play from start to finish. But i can say with great confidence that this is a great portable version of R&C. In fact this is just a great portable game even without  Isomniac behind it. Like all the games in the series you'll go through about a dozen differen't planets, shooting and smashing your way through various robot foes. And as always, collecting bolts to buy new weapons. And this is where the game h...

Size does matter, but not when it comes to games. 0

Ratchet and Clank: Size Matters Review The Ratchet and Clank series has been around for 8 years now. Insomniac really haven’t done much to change the (for the most part) winning formula that is the Ratchet and Clanks experience. Every game has always managed to create a very fun and challenging experience filled with great characters, outrageous weapons and original gadgets. The pinnacle of the series for me was RAC2, this expanded on the weapons, added the awesome space combat sections and ha...
