Love the Anime, but the game is just a generic fighter. it plays just like bleach: heat the soul.

lol i just spoke on what i saw i have nothing against the staff. if anything i'm just as scrubby as they are in that game i can't make anything work either ={

a fate/stay fighting game would lend nicely to something like blazblu in which each character is uniquely styled movesets.

Fate/Stay Night originated from an h-game, right?
 
Yet now we have a fighting game, now fun for the whole family.

as someone who would call himself a "distant admirer" of animé, even i can see ryan has no concept of it.
 
shame, as he likes comics.
 
Then again he does come across as the kind of person that thinks its mad pretentious and lets that stop him from going near it.

As a Fate/Stay Night fanboy, I have to say, I lol'd through the whole video.

F/SN is one of my favorite VNs along with Tsukihime. Sucks that the game looks like a pretty generic fighter (albeit with fan service).

This is a great anime, and this game doesn't look too bad. I might pick this up after seeing some more videos of it. I need some more games for my PSP.

Well, as a fighting game it looks decent. Still you can tell that  the guys are not particularly enamored with the style nor do they care much for the series that it's based on.
 
It's like the QL of Blazblue: It's more based on personal taste.

 Fate/Stay Night was a VN to start with then it became popular, so it got an anime and now it has a game.  looks ok not sure if i will get it, really it looks like Bleach: Heat the Soul and i only get that due to being far to in to bleach for my own good

So basicly this is a game based on an anime based on a manga based on a game.

Does the enemy ever fight back at all?
Saying that I bet this is amazing to watch two people who are really good duke it out.

I agree with Jeff about games that don't tell you about timing. It's pretty damn frustrating. 

If this is a PSN download chances are the manual is accessed via Triangle on XMB, most downloads have this.

Generic Ass Anime is the name of my new anime manga I'm writing. Be on the look out for it since it's sure to be as popular as Naruto. Quality means nothing to the anime kids, just as long as it has super saiyans and annoying ninja children with pathetic lives.

I remember Fate/Stay Night's story it was crazy convoluted. I hear the visual novel was even more crazy time paradox magic stuff.

actually looks like fun. i've always liked the look of some fate/stay night characters i'd see in wallpapers and such.

Was never a manga.  Also, this game is based on the Visual Novels, not the anime (which is also much more a Choose Your Own Adventure type book read through your computer screen than a game.) "
