I thought I would love watching Dan play Dota but it just made me cringe lol

I'm sorry, I don't want to be this guy, but Dan playing Dota felt really, really mean spirited. I'm all for the occasional ribbing of the game, but man they ruined 9 peoples' game, who all seemed pretty polite given the circumstances. It just seemed really immature, which sucks because I loved the show besides that segment.

Where was @jeff ? Seems like he's often missing from UPF's lately.

I don't know how Dan sleeps at night.

The DOTA segment was comedy gold of the darkest kind.

The entire DOTA segment was a ringer of emotions but this was fucking hilarious. Then he rated it five stars!

I'm sorry but to me it seems like everyone that is making a fuss about Dan's brilliant piece of performance art might be taking "gaming" a bit to serious. It was just 1 match people, relax. No crime was committed.

Also props to those people he was playing with for staying so polite.

Or what about the time they went into one of Arma 3's roleplaying servers? And they did that twice! People need to chill, it's just one game of Dota 2.

Also, the Playroom streams are the best features of the PS4.

All three of those were fucking hilarious. Seriously, it's one game. Anyone who plays DOTA will have had games like that, but it's one 40 minute game, you get over it pretty quickly.

As some who has put way too much time and money into DotA 2 that segment was amazing. Bravo @danryckert

I didn't think the Dota segment was particularly funny. I don't think being a jerk becomes funny because you're on camera (see also: Tom Green etc).

I could totally see this concept being spun in to its own feature. They could call it "Rickrollin' with Ryckert" or something.

Just think, if Brad hadn't double crossed Dan on Mario Party, none of this would have happened.

The next logical step is Brad takes the piss out of Metal Gear Solid next Friday.

Man, some of you Doter folks are touchy. I've played some Doter, and nothing that Dan did that game comes close to the kind of nonsense I saw in some regular ass, not-being-streamed-to-thousands-for-entertainment matches.

Not a big fan of that DOTA segment either. Mostly cause it was not funny while being a dick to others, felt super lazy and hope @danryckert can be entertaining without acting so unfunnyly immature like in this and the metro QL. NOW FUNNY IMMATURE AMIRIGHT GUYS WHO WANTS THIS HIGH FIVE... anyone?

Just asking for fun here, did Dan use a character which was supposed to go uh... bot when he went top? (Idk, I'm also bad at that. Should be in a sort of infowindow in all of these games.)

I got no idea about Dota's characters, but it seemed to be either a warrior or a tank. The name sort of suggested it as well.

I got at least the basic thinking of these games due to being in a team I know irl and learning sloooowly.

Still means one player might ruin the game for us... though we did not allow that. X) Turned the game around despite jerks. Co-op + skype = gold (Just saying. ^_^ )
