By law, all multiplayer-only/focused AAA games should include bots, especially if said game is full price, so this is great in my book.

I wonder if it feels like an actual multiplayer match or if its extremely centered around the two players doing most of the work.

I suppose that's a neat freebie. Battlefront is already DOA on PC though so at least bots will play with me. Too little too late though. It's a shame because all the new stuff looks so cool. I wish it did more than look cool though.

I've always enjoyed playing against bots, so any time it's added to a multiplayer shooter I'm more than happy about it.

We'll probably never see anything go as crazy as Perfect Dark did with its different sims, but this is certainly welcome.

@csl316: Red Faction 2 has bots that gain experience over time, Red Faction 1 of course has spawn points with destructible floors over bottomless pits, a true classic.

@fredchuckdave: All I know about Red Faction 1 mp is getting a drill and drilling until you couldn't drill no more.

I wonder if you level up and earn trophies in Skirmish mode? That would certainly be lovely.

I used to love making bots that would eventually crush me in RF2, it was great.

I played it now. It's pretty cool but the fact you can't use your unlocked cards is pretty glaring. Also it says a lot about their game design when literally every Walker Assault loadout they offer includes the jetpack.
