So proud of all of you guys, including Vinny and Jason supporting the Raid team. I've never played Destiny, and probably never will, but this journey was a rollercoaster of emotion. Seeing you guys succeed over adversity made it so worthwhile. Also, shout-out to Alex who I think was MVP. May not have been the strongest player, but his encouragement kept the team going. Great job guys!

I was wishing you all well for trying. But it was just so right, when you all finally got Calus on that seemingly last try. I was yelling...screaming almost, 'Keep Shooting!' at the TV, and Asshole's health bar went down to nothing. What a great feeling!

Came to post this. I'm so glad that Alex wasn't booted when they were discussing his connection problems - not only because it would've been really unsatisfying to see the raid closed out with an unfamiliar party member but because, as has been pointed out elsewhere, the team definitely wouldn't have made it to the end without Alex rallying them through their low points. Congratulations to everyone!

Dan's well timed pizza joke is the best part of the whole raid.

As an aside, can someone please edit a version of this with a counter for the number of times Ben tried to pick up that Legendary Engram containing an emblem while his inventory was full? I think it might have reached double digits...

Now let us never talk of it again.

Congratulations everyone. Props to you all for putting in the serious hours and figuring a lot of this out yourselves. I've never experienced a raid in this way before and I bet that while it was probably super frustrating, the satisfaction was also greater.

Too bad that most of the people seem super down on destiny after finishing it. "Time to uninstall and never play again". Really? I guess to each his/her own, I don't blame them after that lengthy attempt. Half the fun of raiding is perfecting the run, though. It definitely isn't for anyone. D2 probably gonna get the shaft hard during GOTY talks.

@kendoebi: i was listening the besties podcast and one of the hosts describes this sentiment as “healthy.” What the squad did with the leviathan raid is end game stuff and there’s not much else to fight or do after that. The game really is at an end state once the max light level is reached and then it’s a waiting game for the next content.

what a wast of time for something that is meaningless. D3 will reset you progress again.... so many other good games could have been played and showed on the site.

Amazing work guys! This raid has been painful to watch at times, super entertaining at others and the feeling of happiness on completion is infectious! I've beaten it about 4 times now but watching you guys beat it kinda made me get a little bit of that first time completion feeling again. Always love watching you guys raid!
