The Xbox 1 on Xbox One At 1:00

Disappointing they didn't play Psychonauts. That is the one game I've thought about buying.

Am I the only one who thought the game audio was way too loud on this one? I had troubles at times making out what they were talking about.

BLACK and Red Faction II both have some redeeming qualities that aren't readily apparent in this video. BLACK has some more intense levels later on (and one ripped straight from The Rock, which is rad), and Red Faction II's local multiplayer/bot-slaughtering was pretty great. That said, both are definitely "of their time", although I'm still having fun replaying them now. This is a cool feature regardless.

Despite making a terrible first impression, I think Bodycount is a pretty fun game when you get a bit further into it and realize it should be played like a frenetic run and gun arcade shooter. The design decision to make LT root the player in place and lean was disastrously bad.

On the other hand, you have to rebuy the PS2 games even if you already own them. There are pluses and minuses to both of the back-compatibility efforts.

@chunkygerbil: I always thought your name looked familiar, but now i start to think that i know you from Gunz. Were you relatively famous or something? or were we clan mates at some point (Lunatics / Prominence, we had people like Moo-cow-moo and Ruf-dog-ruf in the clan). I remember Anathema and SoudouKotei being big clans when i was playing.

@chunkygerbil: No not really. I played it once, saw that they dropped K-style and went for a more traditional class-based shooter thing and stopped caring.

@onemanarmyy: Same, what a disappointment that was... I wish I could get a Korean SSN to try out the new K-Gunz.
