How about a 45 minute session of Pong every day? That would keep things interesting :DNo, seriously:  I can't think of a title... but is has to be a game that wether Vinny nor Jeff have ever played.

please stop promoting EVE-Online if you haven't played it! Tongue-in-cheek or not.
It's a dull time waster like any other MMO, it has a lot of stuff (like a long playlist of elevator music). The Space setting is NOT a space simulation it has "space" dungeons and "space" quests. EVE has no gameplay to speak of and an awful skill system (i.e You need to adjust your schedule according to EVE!).

Combat can be exciting but it boils down to watching loading bars, which includes a SINGLE working strategy (= focus fire).

Economy is interesting but far too small and too laggy and disjointed.You'll be doing "exciting" stuff like mining, salvaging, mission grinding, space trucking, price changing, logistics, a lot of traveling and avoiding traps & scams. You can play bait or cannon fodder if you hang with a pirate gang, too. It takes many months and years until you can fly something space worthy.

Endurance run needs something with a story or maybe even co-op."

After hearing about the crazy stories on Giant Bomb I started playing Eve and Im loving it at the moment. Its CRAZY and HUGE!!!

I'd like to see an adventure game endurance run. Brads got that copy of Sam & Max hit the road, he should totally play that for an endurance run

Well, I'm not going to add to the Illusion Software joke-answer mentioned above...Artificial Girl 3 is better, anyway. 

So, I think whatever they choose must be a game of reasonable size, not just something as hard as nails to finish.  I believe it has to be varied enough to keep our [viewers] interest as well as something not widely familiar.  Here is a few viable options for GBs next E-Run.

• Civilization Revolution
• The Witcher Enhanced Edition
• Free Realms or Shin Megami Tensei: Imagine or Aion: the Tower of Eternity (all are free MMOs)
  
• Disgaea 3
  
• Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath
  
• Incredible Crisis (check out this video in case you've forgotten)
    

No EVE please. Vast time playing it would be wasted waiting for the shuttle to reach its destination, just to make the trip back to the origination to claim rewards for the trucking. I know if you're really immersed in the game and just enjoy trucking, you may like it. But let us realize that EVE's gameplay is very niche, and majority of people do not like the pace of that game. At the current Endurance Run's pace, it'll take years until we see a single worthy space skirmish.

I think a better Endurance Run candidate may be something that shows the progress over time (read: persistant) and has good story...with presentation to make fun of. Or, something like a turn-based strategy game (multiplayer would be ideal) that can create numerous moments that can bring about jokes and pure fun.

I'm thinking Empire: Total War right now.

This game can create moments like an epic battle scene, or a battle where you end up winning but is left with a single man standing. (At least in Medieval 2: Total War, that happened to me when my last two knights--one on foot and another on a horse--ended up driving about five or so units of soldiers--that's more than a hundred...I think--away. It took a looooooooooooong time to end the battle, but seeing my very last knight holding off several dozens of men while another dispersing the crowd was... purely heroic. It may have been a glitch in the game, but epic, nonetheless!)

It surprises me how serious some users respond to this. I mean, EVE online? Really?

Another vote for RapeLay, or the Cho Aniki series.

Seriously, though, I'd like to see some River City Ransom.

From that list, Eve Online.

However I truly believe any other quality JRPG would be a perfect candidate.

After a week of Madden, GB wouldn't exist anymore due to spontaneous insanity outbursts.

Eve online would be fun to play with you guys. 

Id love if it was Eve Online, your guys's brand of humour could make the start of it bearable and then when you get into a corporation and f* them up for fun, that would be immense. Though it dosent really end, probably best with another RPG.

I say you go straight to Persona 3: FES or Valkyria Chronicles. Keep the Endurance run in the realm of RPGs. Disgaea 3 would be good as well.

I would recommend Mana Khemia.
You'll understand why after you play it awhile.
