Articuno is a ice/flying-type legendary pokemon. Using its great wings, Articuno blasts powerful Arctic-cold air toward its opponents.

Notes

  • Articuno is one of the three legendary bird Pokemon found in Pokemon Red/Blue/ Yellow/ FireRed/LeafGreen. It is residing on the Seafoam Islands amidst some high currents. You will find it at level 50, and as most Legendary Pokemon are, it is very difficult to catch.
  • In Pokemon Gold/Silver/ Crystal, Articuno is only available through a trade with the previous games.
  • Articuno is also Obtainable in  Pokemon XD and  Pokemon Platinum, where it is a shadow pokemon and a roaming legendary respectively.
