Borderlands is a fun game with a lot of flaws.  I haven't seen many people who will argue that the game is anywhere near perfection.  If, on occasion, it made some GOTY lists it's on the strength of the "fun factor" and not because of the animation, richly envisioned characters or moving plot.  

I love Borderlands, which is amazing considering how much of it is borked. I don't think most share that mentality too. It's not over-rated at all. It's a really good game with flaws. And?
